CIA loses its democrats
Six high level CIA officers have resigned since Porter Goss took over in September. Porter Goss has complained of Democratic partisanship within the CIA and has forced out several top Democrats in the CIA since taking his position. In August of 2004, Goss called John Kerry’s national security views “unrealistic and dangerously naive” Critics have also accused Goss of being a crony of the White House. According to our President, who appointed Goss, the CIA should be able to “learn things that our adversaries don’t want us to know,”
